Shira Khoshkerman is a National Board-Certified Physician Assistant, licensed in both Maryland and California. After earning her Master of Science degree from Towson University, she began her career in hospital internal medicine, gaining a strong foundation in medical knowledge and patient care. Her passion for the beauty industry inspired her to pursue specialized training in cosmetic procedures, with an emphasis on non-surgical treatments like injectables, radiofrequency, and laser technologies.

Today, Shira blends her medical expertise with a personalized, non-invasive approach to provide safe and effective treatments tailored to each patient’s unique beauty goals. Known for her warm, attentive manner and precise attention to detail, she ensures that every patient feels confident, cared for, and empowered to look and feel their best.

Abigail is the friendly face who helps bring the Elegance Aesthetics experience to life, serving as our Patient Care and Marketing Coordinator. She graduated from Towson University, where she earned her bachelors degree in Mass Communications and New Media, combining her love for creativity, connection, and storytelling with a passion for beauty and wellness.

Known for her personality and genuine care for others, Abigail creates a welcoming environment where every client feels comfortable, supported, and excited about their journey. She believes that confidence starts with feeling seen and understood, and her mission is to help each patient feel empowered, beautiful, and confident in their own skin.

Victoria Gemmill is a licensed esthetician with over three years of experience in professional skincare. She graduated from the Cortiva Institute as a certified Skin Therapist and specializes in customized skin treatments, microdermabrasion, and Hydrafacial services.

Victoria is passionate about delivering results driven treatments through thorough, personalized skin consultations. She takes pride in carefully assessing each client’s skin concerns and creating tailored treatment plans that emphasize assessment, restraint, and long term results. Her thoughtful, detail oriented approach ensures clients feel confident, informed, and cared for throughout their skincare journey.

Emily Rivas is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than four years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University and began her career as a Registered Nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where she provided exceptional patient care for over five years.

Emily's passion for aesthetics was inspired by her own positive experience with cosmetic treatments. Motivated to combine her clinical expertise with her interest in helping others look and feel their best, she completed Drexel University's Family Nurse Practitioner program while working at a medical spa, where she gained extensive experience in injectable treatments, laser procedures, and advanced skincare.
